KIT FOSTER has been a successful real estate agent, manager, owner of a real estate company, and was co-owner of ERA of Maine. He was a national trainer and has taught thousands of agents throughout the country. Currently, Kit is president and director of training for MAINE REAL ESTATE TRAINING ACADEMY. Because of his roots and love of the northeast, Kit now primarily focuses on training in the states of Maine and New Hampshire. With his over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kit is an exceptional, hands-on instructor who prides himself in his professional teaching technique while keeping class entertaining and interesting.
ELAINE RICHER has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She is currently the director of training for Home Sellers in South Portland, Maine and is highly respected in the industry. Elaine is also the author of the text "Maine Real Estate Principles & Practices". This knowledgeable individual is a great asset to the Training Academy and an expert in many areas of real estate. Her teaching style and skill make learning a pleasure and easy to understand. The Training Academy is proud to have her part of our team of instructors.
CHARLES 'KIM' COIT is the Maine Real Estate Training Academy's newest instructor. As an attorney working in real estate with RE/MAX By The Bay, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge of real estate law and we are very fortunate to have him as part of our team.
CARL BECKETT has been a real estate broker for over thirty-five years. For the past three years he has trained new brokers for ERA Worden Realty in Auburn. With his vast experience in the real estate industry, as well as his over 20 years of experience in the education system, Carl brings enthusiasm, great teaching skills, and knowledge to the classes he teaches for the Training Academy. Carl graduated from Gorham State College and holds a Masters from Michigan State University. Carl makes his home with his wife Frances in Mechanic Falls.
